Job Responsibilities:
. Receive requisition forms from manager departments and review them for accuracy and completeness.
. Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
. Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation programs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
. Conduct Exit interview to understand reasons for employees’ departures and gather valuable feedback.
. Follow up on the implementation of training plans and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback surveys.
. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
. Support the performance appraisal process by collecting data from department managers.
. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
. Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
. At least 1 year experience in an HR role or HR-related functions is preferred.
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
. Teamwork Skills
. Time management Skills
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
